These phone numbers are what us in the telecommunications industry consider as rare as a unicorn. you hear about them but always think they are like a myth.
This number as well as several others are voice call forwarding numbers operated by the C.I.A. for making phone calls that cannot be traced back to the origin. you call them and they in turn call your number and connect the two phone lines together.
got a call from this number 3x in a row and 1-214-969-5489 & 1-702-444-4939, one from alabama, one from texas, and one from Nevada. all the same thing for all three lines, no msg and busy signal when called back i live in Sac, Ca, dont know anyone from any of those states, sounds like someone is scaming
Received 2 calls from this number on my landline, once on the 16th and the last 1 this morning. Yes, the call is from Birmingham, Al. The caller left no message in my voice mail. I don't know of anyone from that city or have any business in there either. I haven't bothered to call the number. Given the comments you folks are making, it would be a lost cause. So I'll let this puppy lie.
