I also was getting repeated calls from this number, identified as Med Supplies.  I wasn't answering but the calls were becoming annoying so I finally picked up on a call.  My guess is that the call was coming from India and somehow being routed through this number.  I could not understand much of what the man was saying but he offered to send me something "free" if he could verify my personal information.  

From what I know about this type of call, if I gave him the information, I would eventually receive and be billed for something that I did not want and did not ask for.  I told him I was not interested and hung up.
