Indian sounding guy called, said he was from Windows headquarters, said I had infected computer. He was insistent that I do certain things on computer, Hung up on him kept calling back saying hackers were trying to steal my info. Told me he knew my computer # quoted it to me saying only 2 people knew it other than me Windows & store I bought it at. Gave my address Phone # and wife's name. Too pushy seeming to get mad when I wouldn't do what he wanted me to do. Called 3 times!
I received a call from "Software Solution" company which told me my Windows was infected. It's a complete scam in which they try to fool you into installing software on your computer which allows them full access. Hang up immediately!

I already knew before that it would be a scam artist so I asked to be put on their "do not call list" they refused after I asked 3 times, then she said she was calling (with Indian accent) from "the bank". So I asked "Bank of ????? 2 times and she didnt respond then hung up on me. Clearly thrown off by me she gave up.
