Recording, "lower your credit card debt". They have called before and don't give up. Press 3 to opt out or press 1 to talk to someone. The press 3 does not work and they continue to call. They have used Ace Hardware's number and a private residence's number to call. I have also pressed one and when I began to tell the operator on the other end, do not call me anymore, they hang up. They just change the number they are calling from and continue to call. I have blocked the call and they just change the number they are calling from. Seems someone could do something about them harassing people.
