This number called last night (3/21) at 8:35pm
Didn't answer and they didn't leave message.

They did ask you leave a message and if you wanted to "be added to their don't call list" provided them with just about enough personal information, for them to steal your identity.

205-847-1864 called March 22nd. The call came over the caller ID as 061, we did not pick but added the number to our blocked list. Then for the next 3 hours we got 6 more calls from different area codes with the same 061 caller ID. We added them to our list! Today I reported all the numbers to the BBB and police as harassing calls. I was told this is a scam do not pick up.
