I called the phone number back. Spoke with a agent that said the company was Merchant Industries.

Merchant Industries...they are recording as soon as you pick up the phone....

Repeated calls from this number and no one ever there when we answer. I finally dialed back and requested they remove us from their call list but I blocked the number to be on the safe side.
