This number has called repeatedly to both my home and cell phone. Finally called back and spoke with a Kimesha who said she was calling about "Digital Express" advertisements in the yellow pages and yellow pages (dot) com. They call 3-4 times daily. Not bill collectors but probably do have the info from back when I was an ATT-BellSouth customer.
