Who called from 2062004646

I answered the call and no answer on the other end

Got a call on my work mobile. When I called it back, it said I was calling Afghanistan.

Got a call on my cell, they hung up as soon as I answered

Call came in on my cell phone, I didn't answer, no voicemail left.  I called back, it picked-up dead air for a second, then ended.

Just got one of these.  Like another one that comes from 503 area code.  I don't have Version.
Maybe
the aliens from outspace are calling.  :>)
