super annoying kept calling me. unknown caller

called.  I answered but there was nothing.  They hung up

Said she was Sue Parker and did I  have a few minutes to discuss my insurance rates. I said no. There was silence on the other end. I waited 5 seconds and hung up.

Incoming to my mobile phone (whose # I give out only to family/closest friends) on 12Oct.  Did not recognize the caller so did not pickup.  No message left. Scammer.
