A man called saying i had a 7000 check from 2009 arra and i would not have to pay back gave me the 2062012185 num to call i did he said i had to go to walgreens or cvs and get amoney tax card i had to put 260.00 on it and they wouldn't take it off then t hey'd put 7000on my card ...
Well i guess they tried to scam da wrong one i tried to scam da 2062012185 she left me on hold for about hour so i called back she neverd answered i told her [***] let me borrow da 259$ since im gettin nine grand ill pay it right back she said please hold
I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL A FEW DAYS AGO FROM AN 85 ID CALL IT WAS SHOWN ON MY CALLER ID. HE ASK ME MAY I SPEAK WITH MY FULL NAME AND THEN HE ASK ME IF I WAS SINGLE OR MARRIED. THEN HE TOLD ME THAT I WAS BEEN SELECTED FOR A ONE TIME NON-REFUNDABLE $7,000 DOLLARS THAT IT WAS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY OF IRS. AND MY SUPPOSE CODE THAT HE GAVE ME IT START WITH GAP. THEN HE FORWARED MY PHONE CALL TO ANOTHER PHONE SPECIALIST AND THEN HE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO REGISTERED AND THE COST FOR THE REGISTRATION IR WAS $259.OO DOLLARS. AND THAT I COULD RECIEVE THE MONEY IN CASH FROM A WESTER UNION OR MONEY GRAM. AND IF THAT DONT HAVE THE FULL AMOUNT I COULD PAY $150.OO.
I got a call from this unknown number, too. Saying the same things reported here. What bothers me if how they know my name and my number. That is scary.
He tried to get additional information from me but I said that if he is calling from the government, then he should not be asking me for additional question. Duh!
