Would like to discuss my nonexistent tax bill.
Insists I file a complaint with the FTC if I don't believe him more than my accountant. Recites off tax code as his claim to fame.
I just got a call from +1-630-859-9364, I believe is over seas, leaving me a message of being sued by the IRS, leaving me a number to call 206-201-2445.

Try it now. Got the same message about being from the IRS and was being sued. Knew is was a scam.
FYI...the IRS WILL ALWAYS send a notice via snail mail before contacting someone on the phone, especially if you case has gotten to the point they are taking legal action. You can always verify it is the IRS by asking for the document ID.
Knowing it was a scam, I called them back a couple of hundred times with a auto-dialer. Got it go to VM and now just a busy signal. Like denial of service.
I got the same call for the past two days. I called back today and an Indian lady with a heavy accent answered. I told her that I know what she I trying to do.. Commit fraud and I knew this wasn't from the IRS right away she hung up on me. I called her back and told her if she calls again I'm calling the police (just to scare her) once again she hung up on me. Such BS the IRS does not make phone calls like that!!!
This is a scammer. I received a call from this 512-477-0300 stating that they were the IRS and I was being sued and that this was the last time that I would be contacted and to call 206-201-2445. I called the Austin # 512-477-0300 back first and there was a disconnection recording that came on, so I then tried the Washington # 206-201-2445 and it just rang until finally a recording came on stating that your call is being disconnected at this time. So if the IRS wanted to contact you please believe that you will received something in writing from them first and they will request in writing that you contact them and give a very specific number to call back and speak with someone. So please do not fall for this and give anyone any of your personal information and please report all call to the do not call list so that they can be caught and prosecuted.
These types of calls are not sales calls and should be reported to law enforcement as they are federal crimes and most originate from India or Pakistan. The DNC is not a law enforcement agency and only administers to unauthorized sales calls from legitimate FTC registered businesses to patrons of the DNC list.
