rec'd same call spoke with someone, then called said supervisor. But I let them know that I do not give out any info and they said fine they will send me a $$$order, AFTER I get a greendot money card with $260 on it for taxes etc. ???????

They are using the Human Health Services line which is a real gov. agency. They wanted $260 to pay the California "authority". When i asked what gov. dept. the money was going to he just kept saying the authority! Then "Hector" hung up on me saying i am wasting his time. Their English is very bad.
