Same story as all of the above!! He wanted me to "settle" this for $500 and no legal action would happen, otherwise they would call my job and have me fired then arrested and put in jail, yada, yada, yada! What can be done about this?
I just wanted to let people know, this person is in no way affiliated with Law Offices of D. Michael Tomkins of Seattle. We are a boutique firm, and would never take part in this practices, and this isn't even a phone number we own. I just wanted to clarify for anyone who might confuse us with the offending party.
