They say they are the IRS. Recording. They have a law suit against me.

IRS telephone scam. Don't call them back they are fishing. You can google IRS telephone scams. IRS will always notify you by mail

Got 2 voicemail messages stating "The IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. ". I was then instructed to call this number for more information. I didn't call because I'm a CPA and I know the IRS would notify me by mail if there was an issue.

The Call and told my I was getting a grant of 8000.00  and to call to get my money

Caller telling me IT'S has filled a law suite for unpaid taxes.
