Who called from 2062060000

I didn't answer it, but who the heck is calling me from this stupid number.

I have received 2 calls from this number.  When my answering machine gets it, they hang up.  The caller ID says "Name Unavailable".

Caller ID showed a call from this number on 9-30-14 @ 7:39pm.  Whoever (or whatever) did not leave a message.  Call was from the Seattle area.

They left another number to call back.

I get calls from this # regularly. I never answer them but when I call back from a blocked land line it tells me the # can not be completed as dialed. I have it listedvin my address book under "Bogus Call".
