Who called from 2062070310

I received a call from this number but did not answer it. Thanks for the information on this site that warned me about this scam.

same messages as below - don't know how my number got on these lists but I get calls from all different numbers but they all say the same thing...

"This message. You need to call us back on our department number 206-207-0310. I repeat it's 206-207-0310. As of as a matter of urgency. I'm looking forward to speak to you. Thank you. Goodbye."
started out giving a case number, saying he was officer ___ , that it was an urgent matter, and to call 206-207-0310. The male recorded voice said he was "looking forward to talking with us".

This is officer John Tosca and the moment you receive this message, you need to call us back on our department number 206-207-0310.  As this is a matter of urgency.  I'm looking forward to speaking with you.  Thank you.  Good Bye.
