Keeps calling saying the Federal Government wants to send money and is trying to get Credit Card information. My wife let him tell her all this and of course when she did not give him what he wanted he asked "why she wasted his [***] time?" He has called her multiple times doing this.
Just received the same phone call from this number showing a Seattle Washington area code. The caller was a Brian Miller from the Federal Government Grant department and offered me a $9000 grant for making loan payments on time. Like mentioned above it was too noisy in the back ground to really hear anything but he had my home address and my age. He offered me two ways I could claim my money, through cash pick up at a list of places, or direct deposit. I said cash and then he gave me a second number (2024555280) and a tracking sort of number to confirm and follow up with for more information. I haven't called the other number. He hung up.
Answered the 2nd call from them today. He had a thick foreign accent and said he was calling form the Treasury Dept and I had been selected to receive a $9000 grant. I told him to mail it to me and he hung up on me. :D I just received another call that I answered and it was silent until they hung up.
