Who called from 2062092009

A strange missed call around 10 in the morning, to my cell phone.

This number has called me many times and when I answer, norhing. If I call back it says this number is not in service....

Yeah I keep getting the same number on my phone to usually in the afternoon. I answer and nothing. I call back and it takes about 1 min then says goodbye and hangs up.

Yeah I just found out it's a Seattle Washington lane line.

This number called me twice today, 07/08/2013. The first time I only heard breathing. The second time they asked for me specifically then hung up on me. The caller id only said Washington. I tried to call it back. After 20 seconds a recording said goodbye.
