credit card rate calls constantly really fed up with them

Called with an "urgent" message about lowering my interest rate on something. The message said to consider this my final offer, then went on to say I should press 3 to stop recieving notices.  If this is my final offer, why should I bother pressing 3?

thay called me 12/30/11  I pressed #1 and said what do you want.A real live voicec said not you an hung up
