I keep getting calls for a Neil Labelle from various numbers. All callers that I have identified have been bank collections and also Scientology Telemarketing. One guy claimed that Neil Labelle called and his caller ID had my number in it, so I guess there was either some caller-ID spoofing or calling party lying ongoing. I do not know if any of the many Neil Labelles of the world is involved or also innocent victims of an identity theft scam.
However, the main problem is with incompetent bankers too quick to float loans and too lazy to verify telephone numbers, who then harass uninvolved people!
