Calms I have a 7000.00 loan ready, Of I have never applyed for they say they a Loan club who loans out money to ones in need, they dont under stand chapter 13 rules as I cant eaven borrer .25 from my friend! verry verry bad english broken bad an eaven when told NO they keep pushing for my info to send the money to my bank!
I would like to report this number as being a FRAUD!!!!!! I received a call from Mark Ford and Carl Jones stating that I took out a loan from US Cash.net.....I contacted USCASH.NET and I never took out a loan. The people that are calling stated that they were calling from the Department of Federal Investigation and if i didn't give my info they would come to my home and arrest me. I reported to the FTC, BBB and the FBI.......I was cussed out and they were very irate when i didn't give up anymore information.
USCASH.NET stated that they have a claim in as well and it is a /////// SCAM>>>>>
I received a call from this number the man was harsh and mean. He told me that I was facing all these federal charges. When I didn't back down and demanded to speak to a supervisor a guy named William Johson came on the phone. I told him that I needed proof that I owed this money snd he gave me some bogus numbers. He called my job 3 times each time giveing me another fake number. Each time he said please do not give out my name. I told him that this appeared to be a scam. Thanks for confirming it.!!!!!!!!!
I have been receiving calls from these idiots also. They are calling from outside the country, from numbers in Florida, California and New York. They called me at work three days in a row - even after telling them I cannnot get personal calls at work. I hung up on them and they called right back. They then asked me if I would like to settle this in court. They then called me a total of 13 times - right after one another at my house. I asked them for an address so I could check them out further. He told me I could speak to his supervisor for that. REALLY - Just for an address??? He then told me he was in New York. I again asked for an address. He rattled some address off without the zip code. I asked for the zip code and he didn't even know it. I told him it was probably because they weren't even located in New York. When I googled the address he gave me, guess what - NO SUCH ADDRESS. Go figure. I then received another message from him stating that I can expect someone on my doorstep to arrest me. I know for a fact that if these people were in NYS,once they are told that they cannot contact you at work, they can be liable for $1,000. per occurance if they keep trying. I also know that if it were a legi company, that once a phone call is made regarding a debt, they must also contact you by mail within five days. Has anyone had any luck stopping these ***holes?
Just got a call from 1-208-526-95757 (yup that many numbers) got 4 calls from this number in 10 minutes another number that has appeared on my cell is 0000 and EMERGENCY. the man said his name was Max Danfield or Sanfield couldnt understand him heavey mid-eastern accent told me I had to pay back payday loan I took out with his company. Didn't understand what company he stumbled over the name either on purpose or accident dont really care cause I don't owe. I took out a payday loan 10 years ago and I know it was paid back still have receipts to prove it. Told me to call him back immediatly at 1-206-237-0048. Dont answer if you don't know the number and if its important they will leave a message. These people have been hounding me since August 2010.
