I just received a phone call from this number, stated that their was a case pending against me for fruad. This is a scam, he is posing as an officers and when I asked for his badge number he told me to shut my face, I told him my attorney would be contacting him he hung up on me.
person called from this number today saying was officer Eric Walter and had some kind of complaint/court case against me. When I told him I knew this was a scam and would be reporting this phone number to the authorities they hunp up .
I have gettn phone calls from a man who says he is officer jeff hardy..he is using an unknow number as well as this 760-851-0932 and 206-237-0049..claims he has a case against me for a payday loan..which is not true..claims i will got to jail if i do not return his phone calls or have my lawyer contact him..i was advise by my lawyer that this is a scam..i have file reports with FTC becuase this calls my work place my home my cell..i do not know how this person has gotten ahold of my information..
