You replied to a 2 1/2 year old post - BUT- the money is gone. Wiring money is the same as cash - untraceable PLUS it is against the law to have to pay in order to get a grant, loan, or prize in the USA.
Got a call informing me I have been awarded a govt grant for$8500. The man I spoke with, Sam Walters told me in order to receieve this grant money I would first havve to wire him a $285 "transaction" fee. I THINK NOT. Did I mention he was Indian. Going to contact the WA. State atg

I got the same call but different number 567-590-9876 but everything else the same. I tried to convince him to take the 250.00 right off the top of the 8500.00. Just send me the 8250.00. Go figure they were not willing to do that. I'm shocked!! Be ware. They use spoofing software to manipulate the number that shows up on your phone. Its hard enough to get the money that the government owes you let alone gives you free money.
