they call me to saying i owed 6,800 there was a warrant for my arrest and i was going to do 5 years in jail if not paid ~ False call

A recorded message said that a lawsuit is being filed against me by the IRS.  They wanted me to return the call, which I didn't.  The caller ID said Vashon WA. Thankful I found these posts!

Got the same call.  Please report this number...I am going to do the same.  IRS never calls, they mail.  And if they're suing you?  You'll be served papers.

i got the same number and it said the same thing that the irs was suing me. people make me laugh

This is a fraudulent Robo-Call claiming to be the IRS and that they are suing you.  This is a fraud! The IRS will never call you nor ask for personal or banking information on the phone.  If you are being sued, you will be served papers in person.  Don't let these scammers win!
