This group states they are calling veterans to qualify them for a VA streamlined mortgage. No doubt they are generating leads for a mortgage broker, but they have called me EIGHT times and initial call was so unprofessional, I hung up.
Just got a call for one of our workers - although he passed away several years ago! Before he passed, he had contacted this company about a mortgage, but declined to do anything with them. They call periodically, even though they have been informed that he passed away.
This company is trying to fool you, they say that they are calling to inform you about benefits, but they only ask questions and don't answer any. I kept them on the line, giving false answers, and kept asking them questions which in turn irritated them. Don't trust them and use a known company for your loan.
