Person speaking in heavily accented English instructs me to go to CVS to buy gift cards to pay off my IRS back taxes, threatens that he has an arrest warrant in his hands and will send police to my house if I don not comply.
I also received a call from this number and left a voicemail saying it was the IRS and that I committed a fraud and need it to call back...it's totally a scam
