I had this guy call me at my work and told my co worker that if I didn't call him back in the next 30 min that he was going to have someone come arrest me so I called him back he referred him self as Sam Collins that I had to send me whatever I could to stop the arrest warrant so I was stupid enough and send him money and now I'm in a very tigh situation thanks to this guy I hope the police catches him or them
They call me and tell me I'm in trouble for not paying a payday loan, that I've never had. They say that if I don't contact them they will have the police come to my work and arrest me. He barely speaks english. He says his name is Mr. Davis and he's a paralegal. He even called my work and left the same type of message, that's after I not so politely told him where to go and how to get there and what to do along the way.
just recieved a call from "officer Sam Smith" threating to arrest me at my home or work.... didn't call back- checked here first........ He claimed he was calling about a crime. Wont be deleteing that voicemail, maybe a lawyer would be happy to hear it?
Just received a message both on my work phone and cell from some guy claiming to be an officer. He had a heavy accent. Claiming there is a case against my social security number for money laundering, (an outstanding payday loan). I know exactly where I stand with everything! AND I don't have an outstanding payday loans anywhere with anyone! And I've heard that they have scammed a lot of people on loans! My brother works for the FBI so I know what a real legal case is and what is not! They give no case number or information regarding this supposed case! I've already filed this with my local police agency and working on a claim with the attorney general's office! SCAM!!! They have to tell you who has filed the claim! SCAM!!! Be careful people!
