some body keeps calling me from this number saying i won a U.S. Grant for $15,000 and in order to claim this cash I have to Western Union $99 to help a charity in Africa or India. Yet when I call back the same person picks up and just says hello like if it's his house. I ask him to speak to a supervisor or give me another number to call and he hangs up. Last time I answered in spanish and he hung up the phone. By the way he told me I had twenty minutes to go to a Western Union and send the money to claim my grant.
