I am received a call on my mobile (in Australia) from this number too but didn't answer as it looked suspicious. I heard on the radio that dodgy high charged calls to your phone are coming from numbers that start with +20 so I'm definitely staying away from it either way.
I missed a number of calls from this number (+1 206 278-9554) over the last couple of months and finally answered it today and it was a sales rep from www.BigRoo.com.au
They just wanted to check my current free listing account details and try and sell me an upgrade.
I received a call from this number at 4:18am. The lady on the phone was asking for the owner or manager. When I told her what region I lived in she hang up.
appears to be originating from north eastern Egypt, Suez??... sounds like normal [***] marketing scam crap. don't answer them. they are as bad as the "you have won a trip to the Bahamas!" ... unless you enjoy wasting the time of day.. or morning for that matter :P .. maybe you can block their area code if they are constantly bugging you? ..
