Who called from 2062871624

I received a voicemail from this phone number at 3:56am asking for Brendan.  They said their name was John.
If you look in Whitepages.com, it's a Qwest Landline.  I didn't bother trying to call the number.

This number has called me 7 times today.  I call it back and i get a recording that the number has been disconnected.

its a routing number

My contact from the American Red Cross at Ft Lewis called me from this number.  It's probably a government mask number they use for LD calls.
