Man called me saying his name was officer Nathan Bracken from National Crimes and Investigations and said there was a complaint against me and criminal charges were going to be pressed against me for an online cash advance that I did, but I could settle it out of court and pay him then.  I did have the cash advance and I filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy on it.  When I told him about it he was mad and started yelling at me.  I had my lawyer call him and and then the guy called me back again.  Has anyone ever heard of the place he said he was from??
