I got a call from this number yesterday evening. Since its the area code from my mom, I was worried. I called back but the mailbox was too full. I'm going to have my phone company block this number.
I no longer answer anything I don't recognize on my cell--just got call from this # & looked it up here-ca;;ed back from my Internet-phone (it has no number( & got a fast busy as others have said.-I hoe this waste stops soon--I don;t get many, but incidence has increased over past year. Good luck to all--would be nice if there were some way to screen these calls out. (I personally avoid the do-not-call registry as am afraid it's one more stranger who has my number.
