Scammer(s) left msg about IRS lawsuit. I think they are using a phone that they stole from someone since the caller ID does show a person's name. Either that or the phone is under an alias that the scammer is using.
****SCAMMER(S)**** Also received a message stating they were the IRS and there is a pending lawsuit, I am pretty sure if the IRS is going to sue me they would not have given me my tax refund.
