You're right, criminals don't follow any laws, so what is the point of having any of them? We could save a ton of tax money because we wouldn't need cops, judges, district attorneys, or even prisons anymore. Ever hear this saying?

they have called several times, do not leave a msg. Caller ID says Washington, DC. I called the number back. They answered saying I won a trip. I hung up.
Pretty much the same as everyone else who commented on here. Called once, no voicemail. Called again, said I won a trip, then hung up on me when I questioned it. I have to wonder if people still fall for this crap, or if these callers are just really bored
