This seems like part of an internet scam. They claim to be a pet shipping service, but they want people to send money to Cameroon outside the US to pay for a pet to get shipped to your door. They have no address or customer testimonials on their website:www.propetexpress.com. When asked to speak to a supervisor or an American citizen no one responded. The person who called claiming to work for this company sounded like they were from Africa. He got very offended when I asked for verification that this was a legit business! When I tried to google earth the address given to me it didn't match the location for the number above. Everytime I call this number back no one actually picks up the phone. Too suspicious!
