I am selling a cement mixer on Craigslist and got the same canned reply from "Jason".  I knew it sounded fishy so I googled the phone number which led me here.  Thank you all for posting and confirming what I thought - that this guys is a scammer!

got the same thing about an rc car today and sent him my info then decided to google this so whats gonna happen.

cleared in your bank within 2-3 days and have the rest sent to the
mover via western union money transfer or money gram. For your

around fee. I'm always a busy person and i will not like to miss this
item. The information of the mover will be sent to you after the check
is received and he will be at your location for the pick up with a
signed note explaining that he will be assuming responsibility for the
property on  my behalf.
