try this....... I received a phone call from these guys for the last 6 months. Normally I ignore them. This time I got some jerk that threaten me with arrest if I do not comply. I then suggested that I meet them down at a federal courthouse to discuss this with my lawyer and requested which courthouse to meet them. He mumble something that would be too late to settle the claim then. I told him no, and press for the courthouse. He said I would get the notice in the mail. Click. Works well.....(If they need a name of your lawyer, just use one off the internet).
