He hit us at 1:17 in the morning on 26 Jan. 2012, and we've been on the Do Not Call registry for years. Highly illegal on all counts, and I have the spammer's actual name (not the no-contact-info website on the spam). Decorum (not legality) prohibits me from stating it here. Right now, I say let the law have this one. He knows I know who he is --- I tracked down who he is and placed a phone call today to complain personally, at my own expense. So if I see another complaint dated after 30 Jan. 2012, well, decorum might go out the window. Got that, mister? Anything after 30 Jan. 2012, and the gloves are off. FCC, DNC, attorneys general, websites, you name it. And you might want to check this out: the amounts spam faxers have been penalized http://transition.fcc.gov/eb/tcd/ufax.html. Have a nice evening, Mr. Spam Fax. Thanks to you, lots of people didn't. Like I told you: Rethink your marketing. That, or at least have the courtesy of giving out your home number so we can all call you in the wee hours of the morning. It's only fair.
