Who called from 2063884910

I get 1 - 2 calls from this number a day on my company issued cell phone.  No one says anything, I am turning it into our security department.

Recorded message after a brief silence: "Welcome. You are now connected." Then it went silent and stayed on the line until I hung up 20 seconds later.

Received two calls from this number today.  My phone blocked it, only know about the call 'cause it's in my log.
