I'm not sure, But I am also getting a lot of calls from this. I think it might be from an online college that is wanting you to sign up. I get calls like that from time to time.
This number keeps calling my son's phone--he has 18 missed calls from this number in the last week alone! I answered it this afternoon, and the caller was a man who claimed to be calling on behalf of the Art Institute of Philadelphia. Um, you're calling from a Seattle, WA phone number, idiot. When I pointed that out, and questioned why the "Art Institute of Philadelphia" would be using a Seattle, WA phone number, he talked circles around the question without being able to give an actual answer. Total scam.
