Received a call from this number to my work stating if I didnt call back within 2 hours, there will be representatives at my work with documents requesting me to go to court. Once I called the number I asked what this was in regards to and they told me I would find out once I received the documents. I continued to ask what it was about and eventually was told that I was rude and they didnt need my 50 cents, and weren't going to do anything for me regardless if I wanted to cooperate.. They continued on an eventually hung up on me. They harrassed my employer stating they were coming to my job. They answer the phone stating their name, but not the company they represent. Next time I am going to record the call and take it to an atty. If this isnt harrassment, then I dont know what is. Please help if anyone has any suggestions!!
Received few calls from this number, very unpleasant and threatening. they called my employer and left a voice message early last week that they have a package to hand deliver to me and giving me two hours to call this number and talk to Laura or else!!!! I did call and kept going on answering message.
I got another call from them this morning exactly at 9:00am pst and same kind of message and that the front desk directed them to me and they did not know what the procedures were at my work in order to "hand deliver" the "legal documents" to me, and that they are giving me a 1 hr courtesy to call that number and talk to that same woman Laura....I called them and this woman Laura picked up and not so friendly and kept caught me off and gave the last four digit of my social security and wanted me to confirm !!!.....I told her that I am not going to continue to talk to her and that l will have my attorney to call her, and she asked who he was and number and that she would call him, I gave her my attorney's number and name and she then said she cannot call him!! and that he could call her and I immediately notified my attorney and he called her right away and she had told him that she cannot find the file and doesn't know what is he talking about, and will call him back after she finds the file!!! my attorney waitied and did not get a call, and he called her back again and she said she will have someone to call him, and finally a man called my attorney and said that I had wrote a "bad check" through "bank one" (I never had an account with this bank!!!!), and that they have mediation paperwork to deliver to me to settle this debt and if it does not go through they will move forward with legal proceeding!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my attorney told them to send all paperwork to him.......I can't wait to see those bogus and fraudulent papers....
We need to take this seriously and report this company and phone number to authorities as it is clearly harrassment, and god knows what they have manufactured in order to collect whatever money they could....we all know economy sucks and criminal people have become more creative, but this is causing people like myself hurt and causing me anxiety, when feel so disturbed and that I have to watch my back anywhere I go!!!
Their number and this company (Katherine and Associates) need to be investigated and reported to FBI and Law Enforcement, and all over the US....and to tape them!!!!
I recieved a message from my work phone, saying trying to send me a legal document, and i need to call Laura Richard on this # 206 395 9751 and if i dont call that # they will deliver the package to my administrator with out signing... My god this person harrasing and tried to scared people... I hope some one can stop this... American carrier is the one delivering the package??? Next time i will recorded the message...
