Called my cell today, I answered, got an illegal robo tape recording:  "Lisa, calling about my credit card" "with an opportunity" and "stay on the line".  (maybe she's related to "Rachel from card services"...)

Quite possibly a "spoofed" caller ID number.

To to www.endrobocalls.org and sign the petition.  It is by the Consumer Reports Magazine folks, who are pressuring the Feds and phone companies to end this nonsense.  Spread the word!
