Missed call, they left no message.

Received the same call at work. We have caller ID. They indicated they could reduce the interest rate on my VIS/MAstercard. I asked "which one?"  They asked me do I have a $3300 balance on one.  I don't have a balance on any!  

They hung up.  Losers.  I can think of several statutes they are in violation.

Just got a call from this number at work.  Didn't answer, as I didn't recognize the area code.  Turns out it's Seattle area. No message left.
