This # also called our cell phones at least 10 times a day!!! way too excessive ....but I have been soo busy not to listen to message in its entirety ....I tried to opt out of the call by pressing 3 ....& checked my # on the DNC Registry & filed an online complaint against that #.

They call me 4-5 times a day offering some alternative electricity program. I sat through the automated messages to talk to a human and when I asked her the name of the company she told me, "The Discount Center," then hung up on me I asked where the company is located.
They called me four times this morning. The first three times I got silence, then finally on the fourth call an automated message kicked in, as mentioned in the above post (something about an energy discount center, offering lower rates due to changes in New York State law effecting Con Edison). Supposedly you can press 3 if you don't want to be contacted again, or press 5 if you'd like to speak with a representative. Whatever list I'm on, it's a real nuisance; I keep shunting these numbers to voicemail, but every damn day they call from a new number from a new area code.
