The same as Evelyn, intermittent calls during the week, usually on a Thursday or Friday. Leaves no messages. My caller ID on my cell would just say its from Washington state.

No message, unknown sender. We don't answer unidentified callers.
On callback an "opt out" service for this phone number is connected, a prime indicator of a ROBO-CALL.

No idea what they want or who they represent.

Caller ID - Seattle, WA.  Just like SCUser, we don't answer callers we don't know.  Will fill out FTC complaint form, don't know if it helps.

Same here, no message, just a phone call and does not leave a message.  I do not answer numbers I do not know.
