I have no idea who this number is and saw it online to report it when the number calls,  all that comes up on my caller ID is 206-397-1833, WA, USA

Seems as though they're illegal.  Goofballs, I say.

this call came in from 206-397-1833 and it was a message about getting help for someone you love who has substance abuse problems.  the recording said to press "1" if you wanted to talk to a professional.  I hung up.

Got a call today from this number and pressed 1 to speak to someone. Representative told me the name of the company was "Treatment Solutions" for addiction services.

Going to FCC now. :)
