Just got a call from this number it said that i was selected for a free security system press one to speak with a rep now. I pressed one and got someone i asked how they obtained my number as i was on the do not call registry he said sorry than hung up. Does the do not call registry work any more? getting 5-10 calls a day and i have never passed out this number.
Just so you know it was a great idea to have the no call registry but think for a minute on how they will be able to prosecute someone who is calling from out of country yet it is rerouted through the continental us.
Joe...I keep getting calls to my cell phone number which is listed on the 'do not call list' and to my knowledge ONLY family and close friends have my number. How do these people get my number?
