Could not tell if this was a robot or not. Must be a new advanced machine/sparatic A.I. that can respond to human conversation. I never said yes or no. Instead, maybe, I'm not sure, etc. I don't understand why they think this is an effective strategy to push their products. Honestly these guys aren't selling anything. So I don't get what game their really playing here. If anyone was wondering, it was my cell phone they called.
Got a call from this number. It range half a ring and then stopped. Called back and said the number was not in service when I blocked my number however when I unblocked my number using another phone it was a telemarketer automated service offering a free home security service. This is crap! I added myself to the do not call registry and if they call back I will report them.
This number called, (206) 397-5640 , it only rang a few times before stopping. It did not go to voicemail. I did not call back. I got another call 2 hours ago, also from Seattle Washington - (206) 708-2849. No voicemail from that either and I did not try calling back. When I search that number I get similar responses as what I read here about this number. I want to block them from calling but it looks like they have several numbers they call from....
This number has been calling my mobile for last few weeks about 1-2 times/week. Called back today, it is a auto-telemarketer offering "free home security system". Press 1 to be connected to a live agent, press 8 to be placed on Do Not Call list. Pressed 8, the computer voice confirmed my number was added to Do Not Call list.
