Recorded message claiming to be from the IRS, threatening me with fines, prison, bla bla if I don't call back and pay my debt, hahahaha, you better sit while you wait because I'm not calling you back, actually, I just blocked you from calling my house again THIEVES, SCAMMERS, SCUM OF THE EARTH, LOWLIVES, DELINQUENTS !!! GET A DECENT JOB AND STOP ROBBING PEOPLE !!!
Received a phone call at home with a recording indicating that the IRS is suing me and that I need to appear before a magistrate judge. I called the number and a woman with a very foreign accent advised that a warrant has already been issued. I cut her off and asked what address to which they have sent communication regarding this issue. She hung up. SCAM.
Same message "irs is filing a law suit against you". Please note they call themselves Internal Revenue Services to try to get you to jump. If you call back use an unrelated phone but you will find that apparently this line is staffed by persons in India. Hence the recorded message that everyone gets. Don't forget you have rights, and they must provide all details of who they are including licensing upon request. Rest assured you will get a dial tone unless you happen to get someone stateside who just wants to argue for fun. - caller: Internal revenue services of Seattle WA
They left a message with a clearly robotic voice message saying it was the second attempt to contact me and that ignoring them would result in appearing in court before a magistrate. Since I work for the courts, they scammed the wrong person. Where is the formal complaint delivered by an officer of the court? Where is my summons? Don't fall for this scam.
