I just noticed the last word in your post - scheme. This sums up your post most admirably. Since English is obviously not your first language, here's the definition of scheme straight from the Webster's dictionary: a clever and often dishonest plan to do or get something. I disagree with one word in that definition, though. This scheme isn't clever.

I received a call from 2064006989 today and they said they are from the united states government grants department as i have been selected to receive a grants money of $9700 and after that they told me i will get a cheque at my address and they asked me to buy a apple itunes card for $250 for the US bank who is generating a cheque for me. First i dont believe it but when i paid $250 to them and after 45 mints i see a person with a cheque of $9700 and you know what ? that was a valid cheque now i am so happy God will bless US Goverment for having such a good scheme.
